Beneficiary Agreement

1. No Fees for Beneficiaries

The Samajh provides all services free of charge. We operate solely on member subscriptions, volunteer efforts, and grants.

2. Service Delays

Due to limited resources and volunteer availability, there may be occasional delays in service delivery. We are committed to minimizing delays but cannot guarantee immediate assistance at all times.

3. Service Availability

While we strive to help everyone, there may be instances where services are unavailable due to resource constraints, geographical limitations, or eligibility criteria.

4. Volunteer-Driven Support

Our services are provided by volunteers. As such, the timing and extent of support may vary depending on volunteer availability.

5. No Legal or Financial Liability

The Samajh does not provide legal, medical, or financial services and assumes no liability for the outcomes of the services provided.

6. Voluntary Participation

Participation in our services is entirely voluntary. By engaging with us, you acknowledge the limitations of the services and agree not to seek financial compensation.

7. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue services at any time. Beneficiaries will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the services provided, including delays or disruptions.
